Coming off their wins over Cornerstone and Michigan-Dearborn the day before, the IWU Wildcats lost both of their contests on Wednesday, scoring just two runs. IWU fell to the University of Northwestern Ohio 10-2 and Webber International University 8-0.
All of IWU’s offense came from Addie Benham, who hit a two-run home run, her first of the season, in the top of the sixth inning against UNOH.
Against Webber, the Wildcats mustered just three hits. Jennah Yost finished with two, while Miranda Wehrle collected one.
