The IWU Wildcats’ domination of the Huntington Foresters continued on Wednesday evening, as they won their 19th consecutive match over their Crossroads League rival in three sets (25-14, 25-15, 25-20).
IWU finished with six aces in the victory, while four Wildcats finished with eight or more kills.
The Wildcats have not lost to the Foresters since October 21, 2009.
IWU has won seven of their last eight conference matches and 17 of their last 19 matches overall. Marci Miller led the offense with 15 kills, while Megan Graber posted 13 kills in 19 chances. Kendyll Gebert dished out 27 assists, while Abigail Rutt led the defensive effort with 16 digs in the victory.
