With four players finishing in double figures on Saturday afternoon, the IWU Wildcats secured their season sweep of the Spring Arbor Cougars, winning by a score of 96-77.
As a team, the Wildcats shot 52.9 percent from the field and 60 percent from the perimeter, building a 45-39 lead in the process. Kyle Mangas scored 15 points in the first 20 minutes, while Noah Smith scored 10.
IWU dominated the second half, outscoring the Cougars 51-38 to secure the 19-point triumph.
Smith led the way with 23 points, while Mangas finished with 20 points and nine rebounds. Seth Maxwell and Tanner Rubio each scored 16 points.
For the game, IWU shot 53.5 percent (38-of-71) from the field and a whopping 61.9 (13-of-21) percent from beyond the arc.
